Knowing what will help you and what will harm you during pregnancy and after delivery. So if you are interested in pregnancy yoga or want to start coming back to the possibilities of your body post natal, than you are in the right place.

Pregnancy Yoga will help in preparation of your delivery, but will also help you to stay fit  during pregnancy. Through different exercises you will learn to relax more, tone and train the pelvic floor, improve posture and relieve different pregnancy ailments, while connecting with your yet unborn baby. It is most suitable to start with pregnancy yoga from week 14, and can still add into your experience if you are not a first time mum.

Course classes will have a duration of 90 minutes, look at schedule for current offering.

Private are available on request, and perhaps you can ask for a privat gift certificate for your babyshower or from your friends after giving birth attuned to your specific needs and desires.
